We are located in one of Southern California's high deserts near Joshua Tree National Park.
Our closest town is called Pioneer Town which was built in 1946 as a movie set for western movies starring Gene Autry, The Cisco Kid and others. The movie set was to provide a place for the actors to live, and have their homes used as part of a movie set. More about Pioneer Town at Pioneertown.com
Our small ranch is home to our herd sire Pipes Canyon Duggan, a black Pygora with grey type B fleece that is absolutely beautiful.
Our does range in fleece types from A/B to C and offer a variety of colors. Two of our wethers won honors for their fleeces at the 2005 Oregon Flock & Fiber Festival and are providing us with lovely fiber for handspinning.
JoAnne produces quality handcrafted soaps for local shops. Available soon online.
This is our pack-goat, Tiny. Isn't he handsome wearing his new pack. That other handsome guy is husband, Bill.
Assorted ducks, chickens and rabbits also call this home. And our Great Pyrenees "Brina" (celtic for protector) watches over them all.
